Conference Description
The Institute for Research in Statistics and its Applications (IRSA), under the School of Statistics at the University of Minnesota, is hosting a conference on May 30th - 31st, 2024, in Minneapolis, MN.
The conference will be focused on "new perspectives on the analysis of complex multivariate data." The organizers aim to bring together researchers developing methods for the analysis of dependent, high-dimensional, and/or complex data. The conference will consist of 16 invited talks---focused on topics including network modeling, high-dimensional data analysis, tensor modeling, and inference---and a poster session.

Attendees will receive a light breakfast and all day coffee and tea.
Present a Poster
All researchers and students (undergraduate, graduate, and post-doctoral) are invited to propose a poster to present at the conference. We invite applications from all disciplines related to statistics and data science. The submission deadline is May 16 at 5:00 pm, or when poster submissions reach capacity.
Submissions will be reviewed by the planning committee and those who are invited to present at the conference will have an opportunity to compete for best poster presentation, which comes with an award of $100 and textbooks.
