Samit Shah is Executive Director of Growth Analytics at Aetna, a CVS Health Company. At Aetna, he leads a team of data scientists and healthcare experts focused on using advanced analytics approaches to drive commercial growth and enhanced member outcomes, primarily through pricing, product, and sales innovation. Prior to Aetna, Samit was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company in New York, where he advised healthcare and pharmaceutical clients on Strategy and M&A topics; and an Investment Banking Associate at Deutsche Bank in London. Samit holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia University. He lives in New York City, where he also serves on the Executive Board of Materials for the Arts.
