Corina Ardelean has over 20 years of experience in agricultural data integration, product management, agile process software development, FMISs, omnichannel marketing and promoting lean operation management into a global setting. Currently, she is the Manager of Project Management, Data Integration and Logistic Management for AGCO Corporations global digital agriculture strategy. She handles and oversees data integration, interoperability and mixed fleets logistics. Corina started her career as a chemist in a biotechnology/agricultural government research laboratory and has held different roles from laboratory manager to business strategy director. Her diverse background in chemistry, soil and plant science, economics, as well as business strategy and data management allow her to successfully operate and manage cross functional and interdisciplinary teams. Corina holds an MS in Analytical Chemistry and an MS in Agricultural and Food Economics from Purdue University, an MBA from Indiana University and a PhD in Horticulture from the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest.
